A day of strike

Well for most of the day I have been on strike around here.  Pluss I saved alot of money on top of it.  Free breakfast to begin with around here.  That was 6 dollars this morning and with another 3 dollars at the res. I'm doing good for the day.  I bought the last 3 cartons of smokes each for the house and we are done smoking around here.  The injunction hit for another 14 days.  Also I had my Niece with me and when I stoped at Joes place I looked at her and said come on lets go in.  The poor girl about fell out of the car on me becuase her grandmother would never let the kids go in with her.  I wanted the girl to know what happened when you pay with a credit/bank card.  The NY State government has got totally stupid with the reservation and I want no part of that again.  I should say I am getting to old for the bs that is going on around here.  With all the taxes that are going up here in NY I am not suprized in why people are leaveing around here and moveing to other states.  With alot of it around here is that some like to live high and pay the bills later around NY.  Then there are some of us that are being cheap also.  That is why I went out to the res for some things instead of paying 12 dollars a pack of smokes and there were alot of other things also.  So now around here for some of the food that I picked up was from the res anyway for the place.  It was cheaper out there than in the regular grocery store.  I am not sure if NY State is going to put tax on the food out there along with other things while they are at it all.  What gets to me is that here I am streaching the dollars out around here and the government in NY State refuses to do so.  It is the 10 secretaries that most of the polotitions do not need around the office at all.  I get a kick out of stuff like that around here.  I am down right now with my back of course since the accident from Thursday and still manage to get some things done around here.  Unlike some of the people in the government.  At least my budget is done for the time being and still being worked on around here.  It is a never ending battle around here to find things cheaper for the household and do things cheaper also for the place.  I just hope everything is in place for this up coming Friday around here.  This is why I am trying to go cheaper around here.  So I can get a real house instead of the can.  I am trying to get my Niece to realize in what I am doing to save money around here for the household.  When I show the girl in how I do things around here it makes since to her of why I am doing the things the way I am doing them.  I think that is what is getting to some folks around here to say the least is that I am teaching someone to be cheap around here and how I do things.  As my Niece will tell you straight out it was her grandmothers way or no way at all that and other folks in how they all ran thier household were doing it wrong.  Some things do irritate me to the fullest around here like hanging the dish rag over the sink after my Niece gets done doing the dishes.  I can not stand a sour dish rag around my place at all.   Since I do most of the laundery around here may as well get a clean dish rag out everytime we do the dishes.  That is how I do it around here always have. 

Lucky me

Well I have bone spurs from the accident and we found the arthritis in my back also.  Just what I wanted before my 36th birthday.  So I got another appointment for tomarrow so my normal chiropractor can throw me around the office (laughing).  Tomarrow is not gonna be good around here at all with a good birthday.  Oh well at least I know what is wrong with me now.  The funny part was that I came home and my Niece about flipped when I told her.  With things going on around here I can say that at least it has been a somewhat easy day.  I did get some things done.  I would work for 15 min and sit for 30min after.  Pluss tomarrow is another day around here.  And it is getting cheaper around here also.  When my Niece got up and started moveing around she realized that I had started doing things around the can.  After 2 loads of dishes I know I can not go on strike around here at all.  Eather way I just can't be still around here at all and take it easy.  Maybe I am just use to getting up and doing also around here to say the least.  Now to make a list out for what I need to do around here and pick a room a day.  Just to clean and take my time around here maybe better than just going thru the place and doing it like I normally do for the place.  I am also cheap about it all when I do clean.  It is like a game around here to pinch the pennies.  Even my Niece has figured it all out with what I do around here to streach out everything.  So now to start thinking about tomarrow around here and start plotting around here for the day. 

Still pain

I am still in pain around here.  After a broken bottle and a few other things around here I was in tears for part of the day.  I had asked my Niece to take out the trash also around here yesterday.  Well after breaking about 3 things I had glass in the kitchen garbage bucket she walked by the full one totally.  That started the new round of frustration around here.  I had to stop lifting around here totally and it is not pretty at all.  I know that the girl is mad at me anyway for blocking up the jump box totally out here.  Next is the one in the bedroom.  Oh well my whole thing is that if you work the graveyard shift then fine if not don't stay up untill 3 am watching T.V. in my household.  So now there will be ground rules set for the household and go from there.  Now to set up a strict budget around here and fallow it all the way around here.  Well there will be hardly any power going on during the day around here except the A/C unit, and fans.  I will block the T.V. out here also if I have to during the day.  With the grocery bit of it I am not going as of yet here untill we get real low around here also.  I have enough rice and a few other things around here that I can cook and bake for the next 2 week if not longer.  Pluss I will be working on the cheaper end of the cooking anyway around here for the household.  I think that is what has got to alot of folks that come over anyway.  Now I can say it will be a shock to alot of folks even more so after they see what is going down around here.  WIth the rice and pasta around here my poor Niece is gonna not like it at all niether.  Well after the accident from Thursday I will not be going to the store anytime soon nor lifting around the place.  Also with that being said things will get used up before I do go around here also.  Pluss some time this week I have to make a trip to Aldi anyway.  I may just wait untill Saturday to do that part when my Husband is here at home.  Eather way it will not be fun at all for niether of us around here.  So now to get my toush into gear for the doctors office and go from there. 

What is it

What is it time for accidents around here now????????  I got into a car accident and knowing of several broken bones with children around.  One of the blogs that I read all of the time her daughter broke her elbow right after I had the car accident.  I did get some management on pain yesterday when I went to the chiropractor.  And yes I was out of it for most of the day yesterday afterward.  Also on top of it I can say that I married my chopper nurse also.  I wanted to look at the x rays myself to see how bad my back really was anyway thank goodness nothing was broke.  Just pain from everything being out of place around here and the loss of my voice.  I got to talking with my sister and she told me to quit running my mouth also and that was the only hope for the vocal cords.  I started laughing and so did she.  Well its not right around here unless my mouth is going to say the least.  Also I explained to others the number you call me on around here I will call.  Thank goodness for Time Warrner cable with the caller ID on the T.V. screen and a few other things that they all have.  So now part is blocked to snot and pass worded around here.  I may be in Pain and dang I ain't stupid around here at all.  Some things I expect out of my Niece totally.  I can say that I am a true parent around the place because I have done it all around my Mothers house at one point.  Part of it is 5th child syndrome you become creative totally.  That is the total funny part of my household.  So either way that is why I do not let my Niece get by with what I have done over the years also.  I can laugh at some of the things that were said and did when I was growing up.  Well with that being said I always knew when the kids were lieing to me and why.  Also another thing around here I can laugh at all that I have done and should have got my toush beat for.  So in a way around here yes I am letting my Niece be a normal 19 year old and go from there.  Here in NY State the girls are not adults until 21 either way.  I let her dress with the times here unlike some that we all know.  I figure that why bother to fight her on it because I was the same way in the late 80's early 90's also as she is today.  It is called picking and chosen battles to fight out.  I was more worried about my Niece with the accident than with myself at the time.  The poor sheriff heard me ask are you ok and you sure to the girl.  My Niece has realized that I amke sure that she eats before I do and I will go without around here.  So now with that being said I know Nancy is just livid with me eather way.  I do not play the games that Nancy does with the girl and not feeding the kids at all.  Nancy Hammond is the grandmother to my Niece.  There are things you just do not do PERIOD in a life and not feeding children is one.  Now for the youngest out of the bunch she is over 250 pounds and does not care.  That is how Nancy is about the grand kids that she has.  I was the one that found to where the kids eat free out of the household and the 3 older ones thanked me for it for dinner.  They all got what they wanted and I got the no dish thing going down for dinner.  It is the little things that are cheap that some children realize that you do for them around the household. 

Being tired

At this point I am tired.  I know I did to much around here already and that is ok.  Thank goodness my husband is hanging the laundery around here.  Well with everything going on around here I have to get someone to pull the cast iron pan out of the fridge also while I am at it today to get the chicken off the bones of course.  At least it will be easy for dinner tonight around here also.  For alot of it it is fixing the mashed taters and reheating chicken with the veggies.  So now at least I can say that I am somewhat on the ball eather way.  I have also printed out chore charts for the household while I was at it this morning.  The funny thing is around here is that I have also found budget charts also for the household.  So now it will become easier on the household to have everything wrote down then this way it is set in stone around here also for the coming months.  Maybe that is the whole trick around here to say the least.  With some things going down around here I think it is best for me not to talk anyway.  Just like yesterday the poor banker had to laugh since I hobbled along and coulden't talk to well.  Then the poor girl realized I was hurting also while I was at it all.  So now to start handing chores, budgets, and a few other things here for the household.  I want the power bill under 100 dollars again for the place.  So now to get things rolling for the place so I can get a handle on the bills again.  There is always something to wipe me out eather way I go this month around here to say the least.  So now to get things done and said before my Husband leaves for the week.  Well I will be off of things for the most part here during the day and set the example that there are other things to do besides be on the net and watch T.V. around here.  So maybe this is the push that everyone needs here also once I think of it all.  Some are about ready to freak out with the modem and the jump boxes down for the day untill about 5 pm or so.  The jump boxes are the cable boxes.  So now to keep everything off untill I say so also.  While I am here at least.  So now to get alot of the power off during the day and like it.  It will not be to bad around here on me just the others in the household here.  That is what I worry about around here eather way.  Pluss start getting alot more soups while I am at it over at the grocery stores when I can afford to go around here.  That is what worries some that come over also becuase I do things on the cheap wheather they all like it or not in my place.  When my Niece can say that I am cheaper than her grandmother ever thought about being then I know I have her beat to snot around the place.  Also I will be getting alot more rice, pastas, flour, soups, onions, and chicken for my place.  My Niece laughs about the household falling apart if I leave and if I am totally down around here.  So with the rice, noodles, and a few other things here I still have alot to teach the poor girl.  Even though there was a crash course in the past 3 days here in the can.  The funny part about this is that some have not seen the full blown shopping days around here at all as of yet.  And on the cheap side of it.  So now to really be on the cheap side of life and be done with it and show my Niece the real side of it all.  Yes I am going over to the real cheap side of life around here and mean it all around here.  While I am at it all around here things will change kind of fast but at a steady pace also.  This is what is also makeing some folks mad around my place is, becuase I have been going cheaper around here without a problem at all.  Pluss I have alot on to teach some of the kids what I know to give them something to start out with around here for the ropes to get them started here for the real world.  I do not sugar coat squat and that is why my niece is here also with me.  The girl knows how I am around here also.  So now to get other things settalled around here and it is takeing time also to get it done.  And some things were easy to do around here and the parental controles are set for the jump box out here in the liveing room.  Part of it is that I am up and down all night with a child in the household.  That is what my Niece does not get around here at all that since I have been hurt around here I am up with pain.  Also there are other things that go on around here while I am at it all.  So yes I do get up in the middle of the night around here.  So now to do other things also while I am at it around here and it is on my Husband now. 

Trying

Well I know that I have to do some things to keep the bills going around here.  With all the bills do at the beginning of the month around here it amazes me that I have to wait to pay them at this point.  Anyway now to crack down on everyone here in the can on staying up late around here during the week.  There is alot of things that I will be doing also here with myself while I am at it all.  We will see how this all goes down around here over the next couple of weeks also.  So eather way there will be alot of changes weather some people like it or not around here.  The problem is to get everyone on the same page around the place.  There is alot of things going down and I am not saying much at all here.  Since the accident I am getting worse around here on being cheap also.  I have no choice in the matter anymore.  So now alot of things are going to be cut once again around here.  I will start doing all of this during the week of course.  And start adding everything in again.  Maybe I am getting frustrated around here becuase I do get some help here and it hasen't been enough at all in the past few months.  Maybe it seems like everything has came crashing down also on Thursday since I can not do alot also for now.  Well I will be working on the can for 15 min at a time and sitting for 15 min now.  The wierd thing is that my legs go numb now after the accedent with the 10-15 min of standing.  So I will hope that I have some help around here over the next couple of weeks also.  Now to get alot of the house rules out around here and start going really cheap while we are all at it.  Also once I think about it I have to crack down on my self more than anyone else here in the household.  So now to get the ball running around here and get more done here of course hurt or not.  That is the other bad part about alot of the things going on.  So now to revamp the budget totally around here and let the others know about it in the household and go from there for the next several weeks.  What I will do is have to write everything down around here and make it all stick.  So I just hope that it all turns out for the better around here.

Nothing broken

Well I now know that nothings broke but, did streach out my vocal cords with wip lash.  All my Husband could do was laugh becuase I can not holler at him nor throw anything at him at this point.  So alot of the lifting is being done by my Husband and my poor Niece around here.  Even my doctor told me to take it easy today.  Well as I said like you want me to do what and you know I can't stay down for long.  I never said that stuff could keep me down for long around here.  My Niece has figured this one out about me I do not stay down for long around here at all.  Last night was a rare treat for me getting to go to sleep at 7 pm around here and everyone let me sleep also.  I laughed only becuase I got up at 10:30 did what I had to do and went back to bed for the night.  Now if I can do that part for the next week I should be ok around here to say the least.  Also to have enough food cooked for the household also it will be ok on me.  With alot of what goes on around here I am still being cheap.  My Niece is just in awe of what I can do for the place.  Even flat on my back and no voice.  So it has been differant around here and I still say the girl is right on I am not suppose to be going down to Illinois yet.  It is wierd around here to say the least.  Pluss not only that I can say it is a house worth of love around here eather way I go.  When I can grab up my Niece and give her a hug it is well worth it all around here.  The girl is so use to being beat up in where she came from and haveing everyone lie about it that it is unreal around here.  I will admit in what I can do and the girl knows it.  That is why I do not touch her at all.  Well after her grandparents and a few other people around I will not touch her except a hug around here.  Pluss now I can teach her alot of things around here that my Nieces grandmother can not do what so ever for the girl.  Not only that there has been things that go on around here that shoulden't have anyway.  Now I can really put my foot down without a problem.  Also with Walmart the other day I can really say that I am the cheap one out of the bunch here.  I refuse to deny anyone of food period around here for the most part.  When I cook in my place the folks in my place will eat eather way after knowing that my Nieces grandmother denied most of the older children of food except the youngest one in the place.  Maybe it is the italian in me around here or I took after my Momma also that I fed the kids. 

Bad week

Well it got worse with this week since I had to pick up some things at Walmart I was stalling anyway around here to go and I got into an accident also.  The girl didn't even look at all when she pulled out of the mall and thank goodness I was only doing 35 mph.  Well no ticket was issued on my end and told to go.  The woman that hit me technicaly, started the cattle tears almost right away when the sheriff pulled up.  Well one doctors appointment is scedualed for tomarrow and I will see what happends around here.  So if it gets to bad with the pain I will go to the ER and have them take a look at my back.  What is scareing me is that my legs are going numb and so is my left arm.  With today I will not be doing much around here at all.  As my Niece told me yesterday that she thought it was an omon for me not to go to Illinois this up coming week.  I think she does have a point on it all.  With lastnight even when my Niece and I were walking over to another place here in the park Nancy shown up.  Well when all said and done Nancy told my Niece 3 times at least that she was dressing like a slut.  The girl had a long shirt on that she tied in a knot in the back and had the low rider jeans on.  Compaired to what I have seen out of most of the girls out there today they have less on than what my Niece did.  Then I got hollered at for not haveing shoes on yesterday when I was outside by Nancy and I started laughing.  I was not gonna bend over yesterday to put my shoes back on after my back.  Well it is the petty B.S. that some are worried about with other folks sometimes. 

Getting things done

Well I got some things done yesterday around here.  Today I am on overload on some of the bakeing and cleaning.  I kind of salked yesterday and now I am ready to be on the move today totally here in my can.  It will not be that bad once I get started of course.  As my Niece and I said to eachother yesterday around here that the place is really not that bad compaired to some places around at all.  I want to get the place fairly picked up before I leave and enough food cooked so my Niece can pull and eat and only have to worry about what little work there is left.  With alot of things around here some have been shocked in how I do things anyway.  For the bakeing today I will end up bakeing more bread and muffins today around here without a problem.  It is kind of funny that the 2 loves that I just baked on Monday are gone already.  For alot of being cheap in my place is cooking from scratch alot of the times and being sinceable about it around here.  The other day yes I did make a cassarole for dinner around here.  With the woman that came over she started with yuck what is that she is eating.  I started laughing becuase the woman can not cook to save herself at all.  I told her what it was and she told me to say it right and her way instead of Amish it's Amlish I looked at her and said that she was in the wrong that time around.  So Nancy started with I woulden't make that at all for my place and you better drop that recipie.  I about fell over and will keep makeing the dish around here along with several other things also.  Since I do the shopping and make out the menues around here then really Nancy can not tell me what to cook and when to cook it all around here.  Alot of times I just laugh about it becuase my Niece has finally realized that I am orginized around here.  That has been alot of how I been manageing around here is haveing a system and fallow it.  Also I do use the bucket system for the place for the overflow.  Now part of it is in the van of course becuase it will be going down to Illinois with me.  And I know that the 3 boxes of snot rags (kleenex) will not last at all with me while I am down there.  So eather way I am looking forward to getting things done around here and lets see how far I get for today also while I am at it all.  This should be good today around here eather way I go.  Ok I am off to the races around here.

Looking

Well got some bad news yesterday and that is ok.  Also I didn't get much done yesterday.  Even though I got out to Walmart for some things around here and picked up some meats.  On sale of course.  So now to really go dirt cheap around here and be done with it.  I have been going cheaper all along and now with what is going on I may as well do more for the household.  With the next batch of the dryer sheets I will quarter them this time around.  Yes it is a pain to cut them down but well worth the trouble around here to do so.  It is alot of the little things that I do that add up to the savings around the place.  The dryer sheets are one of the things that I do.  I have also cut the cleaners down also while I am at it.  I have had to around here and it has become a force of habit around here also to start cutting even more.  As long as the place is clean around here my Husband does not care in how I do it at all.  As I say I do not care in how you clean around my place as long as the end result is what I want around here.  So yes I have to teach my Niece that.  Because there is no right way nor wrong way to clean in my eyes as long as it gets done.  I know some people will have that problem when they all come over to my place from now on.  Oh well at least I can say that the place is not a total disaster around here at all.  Even though some people that come over will say differantly no matter in what I do or say.  It is just like the comment the other day that "Oh I figured that you were going to be shopping when I seen the truck out front".  I pretty much just looked at the person and said what ever and I don't need to shop everyday around here at all.  It makes me wander about some people anyway that do come over.  Most of the time I do the heavy shopping once a month and of course there is the milk and bread trips for the house kitchen and the second kitchen around.  Other than yesterday since I went over to Walmart I try to stay out of the stores compleetly during the month untill we get really low on things.  I think that is alot of the problem with the one person that comes over to my place.  I spend less when I do a major shopping trip once a month for the place.  When I know some folks who spend at least 50 dollars every 2-3 days for thier place I am not in shock over it at all anymore.  So now I can say that I will be cutting down on my grocery bill also around here by shopping at the discount stores also along with a few other places then to add the coupons on top of it all around here I should be doing ok after all said and done.  With me that is also in how I save money by going to places like Aldi, Save A Lot, and a few other places that do take the coupons.  Then some folks freak out when they see someone with a fist full of coupons out of another person also in the stores.  All I can say is that I do not mind useing the coupons when I can get anywhere from 10 pluss dollars off of my bill at the stores.  It is not hard useing the coupons with me at all around here since I do read what is on them and have it down to a sience in how to use them.  When I got started with the coupons it was one of the things that I had to figure out and the best deals for when I went to the store also.  Then some people started hollering at me for it before they stopped talking to me for years and moved out of the park.  So I started figureing with the buy one get one free deal that I could use 2 coupons for the sale and drive the cost down around here also for that end.  Pluss I noticed that I could streach out the dollars more also around here without a problem. 

Laughing

Well I am laughing at this point in time.  Since I am that cheap and will be in the St. Louis area on my birthday this year I have a coupon for a free blizzard at the Dairy Queen.  I will pay for it trust me but, it is well worth it.  So here I sit for part of the morning around here and I have been thinking for around here.  I should run to Walmart here shortly and go from there.  With my Niece she doesen't mind me going out early in the mornings at all around here.  She knows that I am cheap and that is why I go out early in the mornings also around here.  That is why we were all laughing lastnight here in the can.  And I do not wander why anymore in why my head spins at times.  With alot of the things here it is trying to figure out what I can do to be even cheaper around here.  That is what is getting to alot of people that do not realize in what I have done over the past 10 years around here.  What started the both of us thinking yesterday of where we had been for the past week here, what we did, and where I shop at also.  Let me kind of back track for a bit.  My Niece is my Niece thru marrage.  I will claim her and do not care if my Sister in Law was married to her true Uncle.  So when I came along and married my Husband my Niece was about 5 at the time and I have stuck by her eather way.  What my Husband diden't know that the poor girl was the punching bag down at her one grandparents place.  So that is how I ended up with my Niece.  I was the soft place to land always and did not realize that she was learning from me since she was about 8.  Well I knew that I was cheap and the girl picked up that I was cheap also.  I asked her if she rememmbered the yellow tags off the meat packages that I picked up thru the years lastnight and she did.  That lead into what my Nieces grandmother had said yesterday afternoon here.  Now I know along with my household that the woman can not have picked up that much beef for under 15 dollars yesterday at all.  Not when the woman goes shopping weekly for her place at this point in time.  In what I have seen also I do not wander why at all that of why the woman goes weekly to the store.  So lastnight my Niece was asking when we get to go to the grocery store around here and I told her after I get back from Illinois.  Of course I will be bringing up some things from the area.  Some of the stuff that I get is cheaper down in Illinois than it is here in NY State of course.  Now when I do get back I will go thru what is left of the coupons and take my Niece shopping around here also.  Then teach her in how to do that part of the household.  Since some never took the girl shopping at all and never taught her the basics of that part of the household I will do that part.  I did kind of over at Kmart last week around here and to shop the sales on alot of things.  My moto around here is to never pay full price on anything around here at all.  I even explained how the card works for Kmart even around here to my Niece.  I also explained to her of why I go to Kmart for some things for the household.  By the time January hits I can get some things around here for the place and for the second kitchen while I am at it all.  At least it is a bottle of laundery deturgant and several other things for the place.  Now with the paper towels I have not really touched them in the past month and a half around here at all.  I know with some they would holler at me for it and I do not care.  Also with alot of the things that get done in my place I have done on the cheaper side.  Like cleaning, cooking and a few other things around here.  Also since I have been teaching my Niece in how things operate around here it has not been that bad at all.  I am just dreading the long drive and this week is the Hell week before I leave also.  So I have been trying to cram everything into the past week around here.  That is the bad part for around here. 

Spent part of the day

Well while I was at it being thrown off my scedual around here I did get 2 loves of bread baked today.  So yes the KitchenAid stand mixer got used without a problem around here.  Pluss I did get some things done around here other than the bread.  And tomarrow is another day around here to get more done for hanging out laundery and other things also.  The good thing about today is that I did one small load around here thinking that my Husband needed stuff for the truck and was told he diden't need the stuff at all.  So at least alot of it is done except for the blankets and a few other things around for laundery.  With everything going on I will get alot more done tomarrow since I do not have to be anywhere anyway.  Also I got alot more done than some people I know that come over for today.  The one load that I did get done is hanging up here in the can.  It has rained on and off all day today and I did not think about hanging the laundery out at all for today.  So I waited and thanks to the rack they are drying now.  Oh well at least things have got done today around here.  Now with that being said around here yes I have been going cheaper around here.  With my Husband out for the week it helps to keep myself busy for the week in what I do and will be doing around here.  With alot of being cheap around here is the old saying of the "early bird gets the worm"  or in my case the early bird gets the best meat counter deals around here.  Also you get the better bargin rack deals once I think of it that early in the morning.  My Niece just started laughing becuase she was reading over my shoulder.  The poor girl knows I am cheap around here.  Not only that I will make the muffins tomarrow morning along getting the rest of the laundery.  That reminds me I do need to make more of the powdered milk for the muffins also.  Cooking on the cheap is not that bad and it will be getting worse around here about doing that part of the household.  It seems the cheaper that I do cook around here my Niece is happier also.

Pretty dang good for today around here.  I have been out to Collins and back to start the day off.  So while I plotted out in the car on the way back for the hour drive and figureing where to start at for the place.  And yes I had the funny feeling before I even left here for the 2hr drive.  I had started makeing the bread for the household and did afew other things before I got started and my poor Niece's grandmother desided to come over on top of it.  Well the old 3 strikes and you're out goes for my place.  Where the grandmother got her info from basicly lied.  Yes I was over at Wegmans on Monday way before my Niece even got here to turn in the cans from my place.  Then on Tuesday the van was down again with the battery.  Well the trip to Kmart was delayed untill I could get the battery charged again.  So I got accussed of being somewhere that I wasen't where some people said I was at during the week.  Pluss I have no other children in the household other than my 19 year old Niece.  Unless you count the feather balls and the fur balls in the house.  Then the other strike was that suppossadly my Niece got the heck beat out of her this week also.  Funny no brusis at all on the girl.  Well by this time also that I caught my Nieces grandmother lieing on top of it all and when the child is in my household then don't tell the child what to do and when to do it also.  The next time that goes on I will throw the grandmother out of here totally.  What gets to me is that now I have never had a problem out of the girl at all.  Only the grandmother is.  Then Nancy was trying to say that she picked up cheap food for her place today while she was here for her place.  That's all fine and danndy by me.  Little does she know that I can shop pretty well for around my place.  That is part of the reason why I go out early in the morning to shop at the meat counters.  So now I get to be cheaper than snot around here and not have to worry to much from now on eather way I go.  That is the fun part about the household around here.  Well by some people that I know always asked of why do you shop there?  Well I got to the point to where I can shop at places and not have to worry about being cut down for it all around here.  So now also I can start cutting and slashing around here even more than what I was doing. 

Hopeing

I am hopeing that this afternoon it all goes well.  All in all it has been a good morning so far the main balk of the dishes are done and a few other things around here.  Pluss my Niece helped me out on finding afew things here in the can that I coulden't remember where I put them at all and I found them a year later around here.  So I have been organizeing around here to say the least and then some.  Also I have been cooking alot more while I am at it around the place.  Not a problem around here at all when I start cooking.  With tomarrow I will start bakeing around here and go from there.  Since it will be at 72 all day I can start bakeing during the day and flip off the A/C unit also.  This is how I get most of the food for the freezer around here for the pancakes and the waffals also.  With alot of it I have no leftovers from lastnight what so ever and that is ok also.  I will find out for the rest of the week around here to fix for food.  I have to wait for about 2 weeks anyway around here to get to the grocery store that is one of the things of being cheap around here you find ways to streach the food dollars out.  That is the good thing around here eather way I go.  Also on top of it there's pasta and rice on top of it here in the household to servive on.  So it will streach out the chicken and a few other things here in my place.  Also there are other things in the household.  With the flour on top of it to start makeing the goods for the household again.  There is alot of things that I can do around here still.  Now I can say that I am going cheaper with a cause around here and likeing it all.  Now for some folks have cut me down in the past almost 2 months around here do not have a clue to how they lit the fire under my toush to go even deeper into the cheap side of life at all.  So yes I am going cheaper with a cause around here.  Between the coupons and streaching out the stuff that comes into the household some folks would be shocked in what I do and how I do it around here also.  The funny thing is that since some do not come over that often it is thier loss now around here. 

Breaking out

I have to break out the KitchenAid mixer today and for the next week around here.  I have to cook or bake either way I look at it at this point.  When I started digging in my Nieces room I found some things also while I was at it today.  Well with everything going on this week I haven't really got the chance to do anything around here at all.  I knew I needed to bake around here and didn't realize in how much I needed to until this morning.  So tomorrow morning I will start baking bread and other things around here without a problem at all.  That is what some have worried about me all along anyway around the place here is that I am a better cook than thay are.  This is why I got somewhat mad when some started to bash me this past week when I helped some of my kids out.  Now with that being said what gets to the person is that I am cheaper than she is all the way around either way I go.  I was the one who shown the person about the coupons and a few other things around my place also while I was at it all.  So now I can say that I have got alot cheaper over the years weather some have liked it or not at all.  The person I am saying about has not been around at all hardly over the years at my place at all so now she is out of luck.  So the cooking and the cleaning on the cheap she would not know about either way that I went around here at all.  So it gives me another reason to go that much cheaper without a problem for the place and I do not have to say where I moved to nor her granddaughter since she really does not care at all.  I will teach my Niece in what I know and do not care what was told to the child before she got here.  This is what I have instilled in the kids when they were over in my place I do not care how ya get to my results find the easiest way to get there other than your grandmothers because I do not play like she does at all.  So they all pretty much figured there's other ways of doing than what their grandma did to them.  Now when I start to cook I do not go for dry meat at all around here unlike some that I know.  Pluss I find the easy way of doing things for my place.  As I shown my Niece today that we did not need the paper towels that her grandmother always taught her in how to do things that I had a hand towel to do the job for the on looking glass in the bathroom this afternoon before she left today from here.  I get it from working in the hotels for a good part of the past 10 years around here.  This is why I have stopped useing paper towels around the bathroom period in my household.  Another thing is that I have always fed the children that have been over at my place weather it was from my own place or not.  The woman thought 2 small cans of the off brand of pasta would feed 4 hungry children that were growing at the time in my place.  I pulled my own sauce out of the freezer around here for 4 children and at least 4 adults also.  So I pretty much supposed who I thought was cheap and knowing that she wasn't after she called me a spoiled brat in my place.  I do things on my own around here and do not mind it at all if it is cheap or frugal at my place.  What gets to some folks is that I am that cheap and getting cheaper also while I am at it around here.  With Aldi and a few other places around here I can cook and clean on the cheap without a problem around here in my household.  So it has paid off for me to be cheap around here for that end of things.  Also I will get cheaper if we get a house also.  My Niece already knows this already around here.  The poor girl looked at me and said Auntie as long as their is food on the table I do not care what it is around here as long as I can eat at your place.  So I will keep that promise to the girl either way.  I have the ability to crank out food out of very little to work with anyway.  When some say clean out the freezer sometimes guess what that is what I do here in my place.  What is in the freezer and the pantry it gets used up before I go and get more alot of the times.  This is why I say get recipes and make them your own also.  So now with alot of things yes I am cheap around here and do not care at all on who says what and when.  As far as some know I am spoiled and do not do anything around here.  When I was working and my Husband wasen't he was the one that did for the household.  Now since I am not working at all I do for him and the household around here.  I keep a tight budget around here and then some. 

Did to much

I did to much yesterday during the day.  Since I walked home and back to the shop for the van.  And I had to drive out to Collins while I was at it all around here to pick up the Hubby.  Pluss there was about 40 cents that I picked on the walk home also while I was at it all.  Now if I only had afew more days like that I would be a happy camper around here.  Alot of folks do not realize when you pick up the extra deposits it is free money around here.  As I told my one neighbor to rince out the cans and bottles and put them in a bag and throw them in my mud room here.  I am not shy on takeing the nickels back around here at all.  I also got to start thinking of the budget around here.  Well I am just hopeing that what I am working on goes thru around here to say the least.  With everything going down I will be going alot cheaper around here also.  Even more so around here than what I have been doing for the place.  Now that I have another new light on seeing things around here and have more work to do to start cleaning and organizeing also it seems wierd still in what is going down.  That is what some of the folks around here just do not understand at all about me.  That I have to keep somewhat organized anyway and now I really have to get things done around here so that we all have room for everything in the can at this point.  As my Niece told me that her grandmother was never as organized as I was and have been around here at all.  When things that I thought that were busting thru the seams around here are really not that bad.  Also I will have the chore book out for the week around here also while I am at it all.  Then this way everyone checkes off in what they all did for the week and no arguements at all for it.  So at this point in time around here I am still plotting on where to start out for the day around here and wait for my Niece that is staying here gets up so I can tag the rest of her room around here also today.  Pluss the girl and my Husband can go to the storage locker to drop off some things that gets pulled out also of the room and a few other things around here.  So now there is alot of work around here to be done and I am stalling as normal also.  Pluss I have a ton of laundery around also to get done.  So figure I will be going almost non stop around here for most of the day here.  Well it could be worse for the place is how I look at it all.  Alot of what I will be doing for today is what I needed to do anyway over the weeks and just havent got to it all yet becuase I have been working on a room at a time also.  Pluss there are the areas that I was working on yesterday in my head and started to write them down to see if they looked good on paper as it did in my head.  It works eather way for around here.  So now to get it all togeather around here and start telling once again in what we will be doing for the household here.  It will not be to hard around here at all.  I just have to remember to write everything down for everyone around here is all.  Pluss to get some things reworked so the place starts flowing good around here once again.  Also to really start cracking down for the power around here during the day once again.  At least during the week so some of us can get more done around here also. 

Trying

I am trying to get enough motivation to start the day since I get to drop off the van today.  So lets see if I can get out to the res this morning before I drop off the van this morning also.  Well it is going to be one of them days I can tell already around here.  So now with the walk back I will be able to think to myself and what else I can do around the place and start plotting out where to start at also.  Now at this point in time I have already started thinking about the day and where to start around here.  Even lastnight I was asked why I was going to bed early at 10 pm.  Well my niece forgot that I had to make a call if the van woulden't have started this morning.  Cars who knew.  So now that I am totally up around here I have been looking around and plotting somewhat to as of where to start here after I get back from the shop.  I guess what it is, is that the place is a disaster area at the moment and it is driveing me nuts around here.  And I have not started organizeing totally as of yet around here.  This is why I do not mind the walk at all going back or getting back up there.  Ok I am off to the races here.

Long day

Well it has been along day today.  Tomarrow is no differant around here except I get to walk home from the shop to drop the van off.  I just hope it is not raining at the time when I get up there for the treck home.  I just hope tht the van starts around here to get it up the mile to the shop.  Anyway I did have a cheap day around here and did not get alot done at all here.  Everyone needs a day off here and there every so often.  So now I have the crock pot going for tomarrows dinner for the baked beans and we will see in how it turns out.  At this point I am willing to go cheaper without a problem for cooking good food.  My niece has figured it out to say the least that after almost 48 hrs around here and I have had leftovers and a few other things for the household.  So at this point in time I am going into full cook mode around here and everything is getting ate.  Thank goodness I have flour enough here in the can to make scratch bread sticks still.  So tomarrow that is part of what I am going to do here is start makeing the bread sticks at least once a week so when we all have the munchies then there is the snack for when we all do.  So now some will know about the powdered milk also while we are at it around here.  When I start cooking then alot of folks know about it around here.  There will be the pancakes and the waffles also of course scratched made.  May as well it is cheaper than getting them eather way bought from the stores all of the time even the cheap ones around the area.  Now I am in trouble around here to say the least.  I will start bakeing here without a problem since my niece is out here thinking what I am around here.  I have alot to teach her as of yet so it's not all bad around here.  It is sad when someone takes a child in and they do not teach them anything at all from thier household.  So now I get to teach alot to her with cooking and a few other things in the household.  At least I will give her a huge head start around here before she flys from my place.  So I have started teaching the poor girl in how to do things for the household and my niece is quick on the draw around here.  So when I start really cooking here my niece will be right with me around here and watching me to say the least also.  I have never seen someone that excited as of yesterday to go shopping with me around here.  I thought it was kind of funny myself untill the miss hab for the day.  So now I will be planning more around here and afew other things to say the least and going from there.  Pluss alot more coupons also while I am at it all here. 

Thinking

I have got to thinking around here once again and I need to get up to the storage locker here.  Pretty bad when I have to drop more stuff off around there totally for today.  I may as well since I am paying for that still around here.  It is so nice to have my niece here in the household and I know she is safe once again.  We both areed that some folks had thier hand in what I found out lastnight also.  Yesterday I shown my niece in how to work the washer and how much soap to put in along with where the bleach and softener went.  Since I diden't get everything done yesterday I will end up doing more around here today and there will be other things to show also.  Then once we get everything set up and organized once again it shoulden't be so bad after we both get done here.  So eather way it will not be so bad at all around here.  Now I will start going cheaper than ever around here and take it to the almost extreem.  Since it is Thursday today I will start soaking the beans tonight for part of dinner for tomarrow night around here.  It is one of the days of lets kick up more dust around here again and go with it all.  So we will see what happends around here to say the least.  That is going to be the fun part of the day so far.  So I better get moveing here and more stuff out to the van and start the day. 

Shakeing my head

I got alot done yesterday around here and still my place is totally torn up.  After the both of us getting told to go and have another beer around here I refuse to send my niece back to her grandmothers place.  Well I asked some questions of a friend and he pretty much told me that so and so of a woman and yes I am cleaning it up also in what was said.  So now I know I am not the only one that has thought what he did also around here.  Now at this point in time I can start teaching my niece in what to do and how to be cheaper than what she was taught around other places.  At this point in time I got nailed on that nobody is cheaper than the person that I picked up a couple of bags from yesterday at the city.  When I know different around here altogeather.  In what I spent yesterday and all of it was on sale it came out to be 83 dollars for an air matress, sheet set, blankets, pluss a few other things around here.  Pluss I ended up showing my niece in how I do things around here also as when I somewhat shop at some of the discount stores.  The poor girl could not believe it around here in what I could do for under 100 dollars also.  So with that being said at this point and my niece realizeing that I am stocked up for the most part also around here unlike some people that we all know.  Even my Husband was home somewhat yesterday around here and said you have good 2 teachers around here to give you the ropes on what to do and when also.  There is alot that the both of us need to show the poor girl and help her out around here.  With alot of things I have started yesterday on teaching her and showing.  Niether one of us hollered at eachother and it is totally funny in what has happened also niether one of us are stressed out at all.  So after we get the place picked up once again today when I do not know at all since the both of us have to get some running done around here.  I will let you know in what we all have done later on.

Good things are coming

After I got chewed out today and sorry I will stick up for my one niece who has been a punching bag for years with her grandparents.  I have her now since in NY State a girl is not an adult untill she is 21 I will take her in and give her love eather way now without getting a beating.  After today with Nacy Hammond and her youngest granddaughter I know why I took the girl in and then some.  With the abuse from Nancy I would never ever second guess myself now on takeing the girl in at all.  Ok so I have to rearange my place and afew other things around here not a problem after today.  Now I knew it was bad and I had the feeling this morning after I thought about it that the girls grandmother had a hand in getting the girl thrown out lastnight and now I know after the so called woman's mouth ran like the ducks toush.  I am totally done and know why I left the grandmother in PA at one point in time.  Since I married my Husband I have been nothing but "Trash" anyway around here.  So now I know what was said to me was no lie from my sister in law Bet God rest her at this point.  Bet may have called me a "Rich Bitch" here and never spoiled like Nancy has around here at all.  I held my tounge this afternoon and did not speak my mind at all becuase I know just way to many out of the neighborhood in where Nancy was and it wasen't worth the trouble of starting to hollar at all let the tounge flap on her end and go from there.  I know enough folks in the city that the kids will not put up with the B.S. at all around the place.  Also while I am at it I can make one call and get someones phone and start calling were is my girls at also.  So now I will try not to worry about it untill I get a call around here.  Today I was also showing my niece the ropes in how I do things also here in the can.  Now I know she knew I was cheap and she finally realized that I have been cheaper than her grandmother for all this time without a problem around here.  Well I can not blame the girl for missing most of the things that I have been doing at all since I shopped without her now.  Also I prommised her that I would teach her the ropes around here in how I do things and it is not the proper way of doing things at all.  My niece has said this afternoon that there is no right way of doing things anyway and was greatfull I will be teaching her in what I know and have done here.  So that was my day around here.  Pluss I got a room set up for under 80 dollars also while I was at it.

Got one

Well I got my niece here and now I know she is safe.  Yes it is one of them things that I had no choice of to stand by at times and now I don't have to at all.  My place was always a safe house anyway for some children and with the amount of abuse this child took it would make anyones toes curl around here.  Now with that being said around here I have been accused of haveing the girl and now I do have her here.  With what her grandmother did to some of us well now the woman can stay away from here.  Pat of it was not feeding the children while they were growing up.  When the portions are smaller than the school lunches then I was wandering why the 3 older ones were just twiggys and when I seen it for myself around here of the tiny portions that were given to growing children I about blew a gasket.  Pluss the kids were pigging out to the standards of the grandmothers home.  I never complained about it at all becuase I knew they would be starved when they got home for dinner.  So now when I can say that she doesen't have to worry about this now at all.  So here I am and I get to refigure my budget once again and go from there.  And I will have the house rules down also.  Things could be worse around here altogeather.  Now for some things today I will have to get some things done period around here.  I was going to tag the spare down today anyway around here today and now I have to.  Oh well at least I will know what is totally in there now.  Pluss there is alot to get done anyway around here to say the least.  The funny thing is that I got alot done yesterday around here and it is never enough at all.  So now more will get done today and I will go from there.  Now at this point to get some up and on the move around here so she can get a job and start supporting herself.  Hotel work for now untill something better comes along around here.  I will start teaching my niece the ropes around here in how cheap we can run the household also here.  It will not be that hard at all for me to do this at all around the place.  Well at least I know I can get all of this done around here and go from there of course.  So lets see in how far I can get around here and be done with alot of it.  Now to really cut the fat out of the budget here and I will get that done also here in the can even if it kills me today.  Well I was just thinking on some things to cut around here without a problem at all as of now.  I guess this is what I get for being tight eather way around here.  As I said to my Husband around here this morning already that the coupons and alot of the shopping have to wait at this point in time becuase there is so much to do around here to say the least.  Also on top of it I will have to do a few other things around here also today while I am at it.  Well since I do have the air pump still around here and I am thinking an air mattress will do the trick for the extra bed around here for the time.  Kmart here I come also for the day around here.  Pluss the dollar store while I am at it for the day.  So it will not be that bad around the place at all with going that much cheaper if my niece stays here for awhile.  Pluss I will start bakeing once again.  So that means that I will be up that much earlier around here to get somethings done or wait untill after dark to bake around here.  So let the fun begin for the day around here and I better get moveing here to get some things done once again.

Well I asked

Well I did ask around here with a friend and a girl that I baby sat for.  She knows that I will not ask unless I really need her to say the least.  I have opened my place for her once again and I am not worried about it becuase I know how the girl is eather way.  The poor thing is about the only one I do trust here in NY besides another couple around here and they will check in on her eather way and the household.  So I am very lucky in where I am at at this point in time and for very dear friends eather way.  I just wish that my hallway was big enough for a wheel chair to get thru eather way around here otherwise I would have asked another person here.  Someone that my dog would wait for eather way around here and then some.  And another seazure thanks to Leona Cox around here out of one of my birds.  What I woulden't do to beat the Hell out of her at this point in time.  I should wait untill I come back from Illinois and then go after the stupid shit of the world like Leona Cox is.  Now I am pissed off totally around here becuase I diden't desirve this at all from the so called woman.  Yes I adopted the bird granted around here and Leona Cox never said squat about Olliver haveing seazures PERIOD.  The poor bird was so malnurished that it was not even funny when I first got him.  Pluss he was a bighter on top of it also around here.  Even my best friend of almost 30 years said she diden't feel sorry for Leona Cox at all knowing in what I can do.  So there maybe some shock by the time I get back eather way.  I refuse to play nice when someone hasen't at all especilly when I got accused back in January of what I diden't do.  I have not forgot at all around here. 

So much for Monday

Well I found out another thing as of yesterday.  I am blameing the mother and grandmother for in what happened.  That is all I have to say about that part of it.  So with today I hope it will be better than garbage cans explodeing and putting dents in the sleeper of what my Husband drives.  I can only hear him now in Drill Sargent mode for the kid who exploded the tire.  When the conversation starts out with at least you diden't have to get down to PA to an ER I know it was bad.  What else can I do except sit and worry about some as normal around here.  So with today I just do not care what some say today about myself hanging laundery outside today.  I know alot of folks do not like the fact that I do this part of the laundery around here.  Around here I have been trying to cut as much as possible around here as of the past few months also.  The funny part about that is when I started to do all of this even heavier some diden't realize in what just happened also.  I have to laugh becuase, some have lit the fire that much hotter and bigger undernieth me at this point in time.  When I say this I have got alot cheaper over the month around here.  Now realizeing that everyones power bill went up this past month around the area.  So I will be working on that around the place also here.  With alot of it is the good old waiting game and seeing how long some of us can last here without somethings anyway.  I have got use to some things around here like no T.V. or computer during the day.  It has came to the point where it does not bother me as much at all of not haveing everything on and I get more work done this way also.  It was like when I started useing coupons for the household around here.  It was quite funny to me trying to get a grasp on how to work them at first.  When I started figureing it all out and got good at it alot of folks were hollering at me for what I was doing.  Like the buy one get one free you can use 2 coupons on it when the coupons state for only one item.  Since you are buying 2 then you can use it that way.  Another is if it is 10 for 10 dollars you can use 10 if the coupon states for only one or if it is 2 for a dollar off then you use 5 coupons.  I do not play with rebates at all and the main reason is that I just do not understand them.  So I do not use them.  I have been known with coupons to cut the grocery bill by half to 3 quarters of the total bill for the household.  It is one of the things once you get really good at it then you use the coupons and sales put togeather for the place.  So now I know alot of folks will say look at the stack of coupons the woman has and this will take forever to do.  That is untill they see the end total of the bill that I have and then they are in shock.  Sometimes it takes 5-10 min. to get thru the stack that I have for the grocery store or where I am at.  Also alot of the cashiers that I know do not mind takeing the coupons also from alot of folks.  With what has went on with the prices going up at all the stores some of us are just willing to use coupons to help streach out the money in the household also.  The funny thing around here is that now it is the cool hip thing to streach out the dollars around here.  I know on the morning news they have a segment on where to get the best deals for the money.  What they do not tell you about is how to streach out products in the household and afew other things.  With one of the blogs that I read all of the time I love it when the woman puts up her coupon saveings when she does a heavy duty shopping day.  I am getting back into the coupons myself and it's like rideing a bike you do not forget how to do it.  So with alot of things around here I do streach it all out just to see how far I can push things.  Like with the laundery deturgent instead of going by what the bottle says as of 60 loads I can push it to 120 loads off of the bottle.  Ok with that being said it is time for myself to start another day of house work here and get more done around here.

Finally an inside

Well I have been sober around here eather way you look at it all around here.  This morning I have proved on how was totally kissing whos butt around here to say the least.  All I can do is shake my head around here and be even cheaper while I am at it all.  I can say this only becuase I dident wave at anyone this morning becuase they were on top of a trailer fixing a roof and I dident wanna even get blamed for them going thru at all.  Since the bucket here in the can was full I may as well fill the seeder outside of the leftovers and go from there.  Pluss I did get to the store to make a 33.80 dollar nickle return at the store at noon around here also.  Other than that I figured I diden't bother anyone since I kept to myself and went from there untill about 1:30 pm when I got told that I bothered trailer 34 and all I could say was what else is new around here.  Well I knew I was being watched but could not prove it around here untill today from 34.  As I say every Monday is nuts around here with myself cleaning here in my can and I do not have time for alot of stupidity at all.  Mondays are my busy days around here along with Fridays of course.  Well I had the windows open around here this morning and heard everything from the sorry sap sucker at 34.  It is alittle hard to be smashed at 8 am when I do not have a drop of beer in the place since 9:30 pm lastnight around here and I was cleaning the can up and the cleaners will tell on me every time around here.  With that being said I already had the van loaded up to go to the store to cash in the nickels around here.  On top of it my Husband had a close call with 120- 150lbs of air pressure.  That is one tire off of an 18 wheeler PERIOD.  Well one just one tire blowing up and a industrial trash can getting blown in half pluss one Hell of a dent in the sleeper of the truck my Husband is ok.  Least he was standing on the drivers side of the hood at the time of the explosion.  Well every truckers husband or wifes nightmare right there weather ya like it or not or a 4 wheeler running into the folks who drive the 18 wheelers.  It is not always the drivers fault it the big rigs niether.  IF THEY ALL GO ON STRIKE THE COUNTRY WOULD TOPPLE IN A WEEK now rememmber that for 6 months if not longer.  Only med supplies would get thru that is it around here and the nukes for the countery.  Now if everyone would remember that good.  I know of 2 hospitals would close down in the winter without a problem since they still use coal to heat the places.

Well all I have to say is you gotta love it around here.  I have been opening up windows today around here and finally cut the A/C unit off for today and tomorrow around here.  As I was opening the window in the front room the girl from 34 went walking by and she still doesn't look happy at all.  I have a feeling that all hell broke loose over at 34 on her and she has been moaping since Friday around the neighborhood.  Oh well I didn't do it and they are on their own around here.  So here I am thinking of what to do for today and plotting as normal to where to start first here in my place.  Since I did get alot of things done yesterday night around here that I don't have to worry to much in the kitchen except the minor things that I just diden't get to at all around here.  I just ran out of energy I will admit to it.  Now I get to start majorly cleaning around here today for the rest of the place.  It will not be that bad around here at all since I have started last week around here of picking up.  That is the wierd part is that I have been working on the can hot and heavy around here of getting the major of the big things picked up around here.  Well at times of the year around here I do tend to start purgeing also.  And it is mainly my stuff around here that goes out the door.  And that is ok by me around here.  Alot of the times around here it is not my stuff that is cluttering up the place.  So I do get some things done and I will be getting more done this week of course I hope.  It will be on the cheap side no matter what I do around here.  The really strange part is that I ended up filling the recycle bin up to the max this week also.  So now for alot of it my Dear Husband does not think of putting into the bin and I get it all out there for the guys to take.  I am paying for the service and may as well get the stuff out there once the bin is totally full around here.  So eather way things get done more so when I am alone and nobody under foot also.  I may as well get started on alot of it now while I am sitting here on my toush.  I may have a clean place by the time Wensday hits also.

Finally

Finally I got my Husband out the door and I have barely started the dishes around here.  So now I can say that I can start cleaning somewhat around here.  Also with when I dropped off my Husband for today Ok so we do something in the big truck every so often and big deal.  It is one of them things is how I look at it and sometimes you have to mix it up in a marrige and I don't care who you are.  Well we pulled the curtan like normal and tonight we had galkers a couple of rats here in the park.  What I mean by rats is that they say something to the manager of the park.  None of us were exposed at all so I am not worried in the least bit since we had to wait for the air ride to come up in the truck anyway so what the heck.  Well I pulled out of the front drive and about 15 seconds later the other car pulled out that tells me one thing around here.  As I say let some look and try to get something on me at this point.  I can laugh alot of the times around here anyway becuase alot of folks don't know what I do when I do it all.  What gets to some around here is that I do pay mind to what is going on around here.  Pluss I pretty much know what is going down and when also while I am at it all.  That is why some do not like me in the neighborhood at all.  It is becuase I will not lie for the others at all around here.  Not only that in what I do around here also by being cheap it bothers some folks also while I am at it.  So this is why I keep to myself alot of the times around here.  Then this way it keeps some folks guessing in what I do around here to say the least.  So I am not all to worried as of yet around here at all.  I will get cheaper by the day and like it. 

At least

At least I know I can do better on being cheap at this point in time.  My problem is that I paid all the bills this point in time and they are about ready to start up again around here.  Alot of the power bills have went up and at least mine it half of what another persons was this month while I was at it all.  So now to get all of it down for this month and tough on some folks around here in the household.  I have to start laughing now because I will end up doing all the work around here to cut the costs also.  Also I do have coupons when I get ready to go to the grocery store again.  Alot of folks that I know will be mad at me by the time I get done for the place.  Well at this point I am thinking of more ways to go that much cheaper around here or better ways of doing the things that I am doing now.  That is the fun part of the whole thing around here because during the week I do alot more to be cheap with and there is room for improvement also.  I will say again there is no wrong way of doing things for the household at all.  I am still working on it for my place still around here and will continue to do so around here until I can go no farther with it all.  Yes I have some appliances that will help with my work around here I will not deny that much.  I already have the rice cooker going for dinner this afternoon.  Alot of folks are amazed in what I can do with that appliance around here.  I look at it like this I got it only for the rice in itself and I have used it for rice and other things also.  It works great for reheat in on the basket part and to cook rice at the same time.  I can also steam veggies in it also along with other things.  It is like everything else in my kitchen at this point in time everything has multi tasking results to it.  Just like with the KitchenAid mixer I have the ice cream mixer to go with it along with the pasta plates, veggie slicer, and meat grinder also.  The pasta rollers can wait around here.  That is how I am for it all at this point in time.  Also I have the KitchenAid food processor along with the mixer.  It helps with alot of things here in the can let me tell you.  I have not bought a bag of shredded cheese in over 4 years now for the kitchen.  I buy the block cheese all of the time for the household and I know what I do with it around the place.  So there are ways that I do save some money around here at all times also.  There are times where I do not want to save money then I kick myself in the toush over it if I don't.  Also there are folks that lit the fire under my toush also and made me realize of why I went cheaper around the place.  All I can say for that is that since some do not know in what goes on behind closed doors at all around here.  With myself I went cheaper out of necessity around here becuase I was way under paid and had to streach out the dollar as far as I could.  I really look at things alot differantly for alot of things around here.  Since I do streach out the money and can do better at it than I have been around here as of late.  Now I will try to do that while I am at it all for the coming weeks also.  I will figure it all out around here and work on it until I am happy in where I will end up at.  I was just asked yesterday in how I did it all around here.  All I could say was that I was still working on alot of things still here in the can.  Well it is the truth around here to say the least.  It seems like I get ahead of the game around here and get slammed on the curb once I get the hang of something around here.  Then I figure out that I can do something cheaper also while I am at it all.  I am wandering what the rest of the day will bring around here eather way.  I know that I will get to the dishes later on here in the day.  That is the good part besides getting out to the bank.  Sometime this week I would love to get out to turn in the rest of the cans and put the money into the other account also while I am at it.  That is besides alot of laundery getting done also around here while I am at it all.  Well alot of the cans now will be going into the one account around here weather I like it or not.  If it puts more money into the account fine with me here of course.  The wood burnning stove can wait eather way I go now also.  I will still have time to save up for it eather way I go.  Now for alot of the things that I have around here I have saved up and pinched pennies to the max around here also.  I will get there again without a problem and lets see in the coming weeks in what I can do to get there once again.  Also while I am at it all I will be collecting nickels once again around here.  I need to take more walks around here anyway.  Alot of folks think it is discussting that I collect cans and plastic bottles off the street and parking lots around here.  This is why I do not mind going for the walks around here at all.  Pluss hanging up laundery around here does not bother me niether while I am at it all.  I just want a few more drying racks around here is all while I am at it.  Instead of holding 2 small loads on the one rack here have many of them to get at least one large load and be done with it.  So now to get my Hubby out of here and to work and a few things more around here done at least for the day today.

As I sit here

I am sitting here in the calm of the can at this point in time.  It is nice to have a calm morning for a change around here.  The brisket turned out yesterday also after cooking all day.  At least with today I can kind of kick back untill I get my Husband out of here.  Also I still have alot of housework to get done within the next couple of days.  Well now since that my Husband has been getting out of here on Sundays I start on the housework on Sundays around here.  It seems wierd without a problem for the place for myself getting a head start on what I have to do around here.  Well one thing about doing things on the cheap side around here is that I have to remember to keep cutting down around here.  Like most of the leftovers from lastnight went to the freezer all we have to do is pull it, dethaw, and eat.  Now I can make rice for the rest of the week for the dinners and I am set.  That is the funny part around here is that I can eat on the fairly cheap and be done with it all.  With the person who had dinner here with us lastnight she was amazed in what I have been doing to pull back money for the household around here.  Well she knew that I was the cheap one out of the group and I haven't stopped at all around here.  I have been getting alot cheaper as of late also while I am at it all.  And I did write down in how much I saved on the meat from lastnight also finally.  Since I have got use to marking down the money that I save from sales and coupons pluss putting a few extra dollars back while I am at it around here.  What I am doing is getting the totals of the month and see how much I can save for the place and pull it back around here.  Pluss I was asked in how I am going to fix the left overs also after lastnight.  Not a problem around here with the rice and frozen veggies around here.  All I do is get the rice cooker out fix enough rice and have the steamer basket to the top of it and it is a one pot cooking system that I have learned with the cooker in itself.  Then this way you do not have to do much to it at all except wait on it to click off to warm and it is all done.  So now you know what I do with alot of the leftovers for around here and they get ate up also at the same time.  Eather way my day is about ready to start around here and I will enjoy it I hope.  For a calm day it really what I do hope for. 

Some folks

Now I will admit I have took in 2 abused birds and a dog around my place.  Lastnight someone's friend thought it would be funny to scare one of the birds that I have.  The guy was lucky that I was sitting accross the kitchen to where I coulden't move.  I told him you were just told about the birds being abused and you go and do that and there will not be a next time for him to do so.  I told him straight out I don't care who you think you are and I will hurt you the next time you scare the bird and throw ya out of my place since I will not put up with it all out of nobody.  Who he was with told him straight out Cricket will hurt you and leave ya out in the street period.  So they all left after I nailed the guy that was with the folks who came over.  I looked at my poor Husband and said I am going to get a shower around here becuase I had been sweating all day cooking.  He started laughing and said there's the phone again.  Well 3 calls later and I finally got into the shower and refused to pick up the phone anymore.  And it seemed everyone was over yesterday practicly to my place except maybe 3 people.  And the person that I expect to be over hasen't been yet of course, and I do not think she will after she said I was a liar anyway.  I am sorry that one of her granddaughters are not staying here with me.  At this point the girl hasn't even asked me to stay with me at all.  Also to top it off since the girl hasn't been here except to come and visit then leave.  Then I get acussed of letting her stay here for more than that.  Well check out my place and you will not find the girls stuff here at all.  Well that is another time if I get to it around here of what really went on with that part.  Anyway at least I hope that today will be better around here than yesterday. 

What a night and day

Well it started last night around here when the van wouldn't start.  I really didn't wanna drive out to Collins anyway.  So here I am at home with a van that won't start at all for this morning around here yet again and I am home alone and I like it.  Pluss I found out also that it was not only me for the high power bill for this month neither.  A friend of mine her bill went double at her place and her friends went triple for the month.  So it was not myself seeing things at all around here.  With somethings that are going on today I have already put dinner into the oven around here so it will be done around 6 PM also.  In the mean time I get to do more housework around here and not be bothered in what I am doing.  Now to just get motivated enough to start the madness around here and where to start at of course.  It is one of the things of everything kind of blew up again around here.  It will get done either way for the household and on the cheap side also while I am at it all.  I have noticed that I will never have a totally spotless house/can neither at all.  At least the place is lived in to say the least and it works for some of us.  Well the person who is coming over for dinner around here today has learned that I have been the cheap one out of the bunch for many years now.  When I have cut the costs down around here and never said a word to anyone where I got the meat from for the cook outs around here untill after the fact when they ate she was shocked.  All I could do was laugh about it and go from there.  I am figuring that the gal is fallowing into my footsteps on going cheaper around her place also after some things have happened.  Well some remember in how cheap they had to be also after some time when it all came down to it all.  All her Mother could do was laugh about it and go from there.  All some could say I told you mom that this is the one that I go to around the city here and Cricket will tell me how she does things then I can form my own cheap way of doing it at my place.  So yes I am still working on the cheap way of doing things pluss adding to all of it while I am at it.  As I say I am a work in progress still around here.  And after I talked with my Grandmother yesterday she also realized that I am doing things on the cheap also around here.  Pluss now my Grandmother wants to get out of the house when I come down this time.  Who knew about it all.  Some will realize that I am the cheap one out of the kids it helps out also in getting points.  I still have to laugh about somethings that have went on thru the years and how many of us are that different when it comes down to it all.  Or maybe it is because I listened more and got told also.  I know my mother made a game out of the grocery store when I was growing up.  With that being said I learned in what to do and how to do it and win on having a low grocery bill around my place.  Pluss there are coupons involved also while I am at it all.  When I was talking with my sister also yesterday she wanted my recipe for my bbq sauce also around here.  I told her she needed a bottle of Mr. Jack also in the mix to make it come out right.  She about fell over when I told her that.  Well the recipe for that is

1 med. to large onion pulverized
2 cups worth of ketchup
1 1/2 cups of packed brown sugar or 3/4 cup of molasses
3 tablespoons of garlic powder or fresh
and 2 shots of jack.

It is as easy as that for the sauce that I make around here.  When folks realize in how I make the sauce and taste it they can not believe that it is that easy and simple to do.  Now normally I have all of that in my can anyway.  It is amazing in what you can do for the household out of some pantries.  Now alot of the times I will run out of meat first or milk of course that is how it is around here.  This is why I have the powdered milk on hand also.  Some folks cringe when they see the box of the powdered milk out in the open around here until they all realize that I do bake alot out of the powdered stuff.  That is the funny part about the household around here.  Also what gets to alot of folks is that I am that cheap and will make it all stretch while I am at it for the place.  This is how normal life is for many broke folks out there in today's world.  I am not totally broke niether some things I got use to doing for the household and they stuck for the place.  Stuff like cutting the dryer sheets in half, cutting down on the cleaners and watering them down on top of cutting them, cooking alot from scratch around here, catching sales and using coupons everywhere that I go, and several other things on top of that.  There are ways of saving money around the households that some folks do not realize that can be done.  When I can sit back and start looking around here me the look like get him honey and started laughing.  So after that some knew that I was the cheap one on doing things around here.  Pluss the woman gave me hints on some things to try around here also while she was here.  Now for some folks they do not have a clue as to what and how to do when a spouse or they loose a job also.  Granted the 2nd income is always nice in the household.  With myself being a housewife around here you live and learn on what to do also.  Now in how I did alot of things was that every time I got layed off around here I did not get the goodies for the household like I did my office.  Another thing is if you are use to eating out for lunch and dinner keep a tally of it during the week and month.  You will be surprised in how much you can reall waste money that way instead of brown bagging the leftovers from the night before also.  Also I cut out alot of going to get coffee while I am on my walks also for the way back unless it is blazing cold out.  Alot of the time it was once a week also in when I would get a large cup of coffee.  The little things add up after awhile.  Just like I would take pasta in for lunch if it was leftover from the night before and some folks were halking around my office when I would heat it up at lunch time around the place.  Also another thing is some did not realize in what I was doing neither like going to the dollars store or another discount grocery store for the goodies also in the office.  With alot of things in what I do there are places that I hit up around here that are considered the low class stores to some folks around here anyway.  That is the funny thing to me is that I am still watching every penny around the place and some are calling me white trash becuase I am a housewife at this point in time.  Oh well it is thier loss for not knowing what I do behind closed doors also for my place. 

Some just don't get it

Well I was talking to my Nice lastnight and she does not get the fact that I have to drive or face the loss of something while I am in Illinois.  Pluss not only that since nobody down there will help me out at all for a ride except maybe 3 people anyway.  Part of what I said lastnight never sunk into her head in what I was saying anyway.  So now I will drive down so I can haul stuff back to here.  Pluss some do not realize in how cheap I really am going down and back up either way.  This is why I have a cooler to go down with either way and go from there.  Yesterday was one of them days that that everything that went wrong did so.  I even cut my foot wide open trying to step over the dog as normal.  Now to get some things done around here either way that I turn and I hope that I can get the laundery out on the lines.  And that is if I get to the laundery around here today.  There is so much to do that it is not even funny.  I slacked off yesterday around here somewhat anyway and I liked it.  Normally I do not slack off that bad at all around the household.  That is the wierd thing or maybe I just diden't see alot of it yesterday also.  Oh well at least I can get somethings done today around here and over the weekend I hope.  I have noticed with myself that when I slack off for a day around here it looks 3 times worse than the day before around here.  So I will do what I can and go from there and see where I get for the day today.  Also I have been wandering alot around here anyway in what is going to happen next.  All I can do is hang on for the ride of life anyway and get it done as cheap as possible around here.  With alot of things I can go cheaper on around here and I am still working on it everyday also.  Sometimes it is a never ending battle around here anyway.  Other times it is smooth sailing in what goes on around the place.  So now I can say that maybe today will be better than yesterday was.  I had to laugh somewhat this morning becuase I did over sleep.  So I got to watch part of the news this morning and I checked out the points on my Kmart card.  Since I have a few more months left for the year I might hit 40 dollars yet on the card.  Every little bit does help around here in what I save while I am doing the normal things for the household around here.  The funny thing is around here is that I want to sink further on the cheap side of life and know how to do this.  I am just wooried about the other half of the household on what he would say about it all.  Well the thing that I call my brother in law calls me a cheap drunken bitch all of the time and I have to laugh about his comments around here.  What gets to some folks alot of the times is that I won't help some of them out at all around thier places.  That started about 15 years ago when some were begging for money and I would buy food for thier place and he would complain about in what I got for him and the thing that he is married to.  So I stopped cold in getting food for 2 households after the 3rd time of getting hollared at.  So now that is how I got called that from him.  Since my sister in law passed 4 1/2 years ago now there is nobody to play moderator for the brothers at all.  My niece and I are in the same boat around them since she has been out of the state for years now and I am just the wife we are both out siders and do what we all have to do to run our households.  Just like our husbands around also when they come to the family on both sides they are outsiders also.  So now at this point in time some of us are cheaper than snot since we are way to hard headed to ask for help anyway around our places.  We have had to do what we have to do to make ends meet and go from there.  I get to laugh around here since I am cheap and going even cheaper when possible and always seeing new ways to go even that much cheaper around my place.  Since I have been on the kick more so lately around here on going cheaper it has worked for the most part except the power bill.  We had alot of hot days in a row and everything had a hard time keeping up.  So now the tht bill will come down just like the water bill has around here.  I look at it as a game in how I can get all the bills down anyway around here and get by with it all.  So here I am looking around and need to start cleaning around here at this point in time.

Wandering

Well I am wandering what I will do today besides pick up the can today and some laundery.  Since it will be raining for most of the day I think I will stay totally in for the most part around here.  That is the fun part of things around here.  When the cashier asked me yesterday if I found everything I said for the most part and that I coulden't get something as of yet eather way points or no points.  She started laughing and knew.  Since I have started really going cheaper around here sometimes it is harder to just not get something while I am out shopping except the needs and that is it.  Most of it I can deal without most of the time anyway.  Even though 3 more racks would be nice around here to dry the laundery on the cruddy days when it is raining outside.  With alot of it is that I just do not like running the dryer at all in the household.  That is just me though some folks would rather run the dryer in thier places.  Oh well at least I can do my part on alot of things around here for cutting the costs.  And I will continue to do so and then some.  This is why I use the coupons and sales around here.  Pluss I found out that Kmart doubles coupons at times of the year also while I was there yesterday.  So now I will use more of the coupons over at Kmart.  It is a nice thing to be able now to pull money back that I use in coupons and the sales.  While I am doing this alot of folks do not even realize in what I am doing around here for that part of the household at all.  As I said to someone on Monday night is that I have to pull back alot more for a place now.  Since everything is screwed up around here in the park.  So the more I can get on the very cheap around here the better off my place will be, and the quicker we can get out of here.  What I mean by more is for the basic needs for food and some other things for the household at this point.  Some of the people that know me have realized that I can get the basics for the place for fairly cheap and go from there.  In what I do get I try to streach out as much as possible anyway around here.  Like with the bird seed here I feed the boy's and what I change out and what they throw on the gravel paper goes out side to the birds out there.  Then none of it goes to waste around here to say the least.  What alot of folks do not realize with me is that when they down grade me around here that is fine little do they know that we make it off of one income and I make it streach to the max around the place.  As I say some of us are very lucky that we can be housewives in the area and others also.  Once I started adding up the cost of myself working I found out that it was costing us more than myself sitting at home cleaning the can.  Also I wrote everything down that was going out in the paychecks also while I was at it all.  So what we did was pretty much stop eating out all of the time and I started cooking also around here.  Then I looked to see how much was going out on coffee and other things for work.  I was amazed in how much was really going out of my paycheck also.  When I had somewhat stopped working I rebudgeted the household and started thinking of what else I could do to cut the costs for the place.  After time it all started clicking around here and I almost lost it realizeing that I jumped in with both feet instead of adding things acouple at a time.  So I had to take a step back around here and undo what I was trying to do and add it more slowly around here.  After that everything started coming togeather for myself and other folks that are in the place.  Then I have kept adding things little by little to where it seems normal for us to do the things that we do for the household.  Alot of the things that I have tried and said about to my Husband took at least 2 months to get use to them and some did not stick at all around the place.  Like with the Kmart, grocery cards they have stuck in the household to use them.  This way we get things like extra discounts, double coupons, and extra points also for shopping at the places.  When I can get some free things from places I am a happy camper around here to say the least.  Some folks do not understand it at all with that part of me.  Even with the free samples that I get around here I am happy about that also.  With some of the cards they have for the cards that when you hit an amount on the card the better it is for the person.  I guess you get more points or something, I have not figured it out totally around here for the one card.  So eather way I will find out when it all happends around here.  I know that the one card is good at Kmart, Sears, and LandsEnd also.  So that is not a bad deal off of one shoppers card at all.  Pluss with the points that I rack up I can do some shopping in January for things here in the household.  Even if it is for T.P., and cleaners for the place it is well worth the trouble around here.  Since I do alot of shopping at Kmart anyway I can really say that the card has saved me while I am at it so far.  So it depends on the trip in what you get at the checkout lanes.  I have got stuff like a free bottle of soda to points to other free things.  So now since I just got like 5000 points yesterday I think it is all good around here.  I had to get a seperate recipt for something that one of the girls asked my Husband to have me pick up for her while I was at Kmart the next time.  I have the recipt in the bag and then this way there is no arguements on how much the twists cost me to get.  Eather way I will try my darndest for people eather way untill I am burnt.  Also at this point I can also say that the Green Works laundery deturgant works wanders for even the worst laundery in the household.  And you do not have to use that much niether.  It works better than Tide ever thought about working.  Ok so I tried it out on my Husbands laundery first what can I say and it was the point of I used the last of the Tide on other things.  It never hurts to try new things out at all in a household.  Since I have been going the cheaper route around here even more so as of late there are alot of things that I do behind closed doors that some folks do not see at all around here out of me.  Ok more later I hope.
