Got farther

Yesterday I got farther than I wanted to for the can.  So now to open the windows up and air out the can for awhile today.  Since I refuse to run the A/C unit at all today may as well open the windows and let the fresh air into the place.  Also it was like the dog alarm out of the neighborhood went off at 10:15 at night.  I was by the door to let my dog out to do her thing for last run and since everyone was outside I coulden't believe it all.  The only 2 that was not barking was mine and another dog behind me here in the next row of trailers.  It was nuts to say the least around here.  Yesterday was not so bad at all after I got back doing what I had to do also.  I waited to get out at the res.  and went from there.  All I can say is I did scare some kids out of the neighborhood and that none of them liked what I ended up coming straight home after I got done.  Anyway with today I do not have to do much around here at all except a few loads of laundery and some other things that drive some people mad around here.  So another easy day on the way of course and I like it.  Now to just start preping for dinner also and think of what I will be makeing.  Between chicken and a few other things for the place I think one of us is going to be growing feathers soon.  Oh well at least I can say it is food for the place and we can eat around here.  Alot of folks have been mad at myself becuase we eat so much chicken around here.  It is well worth the 101 ways to fix a bird.  It is some of the cheap food that can be done for the place also.  Since with the left overs there is chicken salad, cassaroles, and sandwiches also that can be done around here.  And yes I have a stash of rice also for the household.  Some folks hollar about that part of what I do also here.  I never have the same meal in a month around here also.  Except for when Football is going on then it is pizza every Sunday here.  So the main thing is to mix everything up for meals then nobody gets sick of just one food all of the time.  With some folks they get all the mixes done up then this way they do not have to do anything except add water to it.  Well the mixes are expensive in my eyes and I normally break out the scratch recipies for cooking around here.  Then I get told well you have the stand mixer to work with.  Alot of times I just get a wisk out and go from there for some things.  I have to laugh about some things around here since I do cook alot to say the least.  Not all of it is pasta nor chicken for dinner.  Now with some things in the works yes there will be alot of rice, pasta, and chicken along with afew other things around here that will get done.  As I said to someone last week I just wanted to know in how much rice and pasta I had to eat for 4 months out of the year and we both laughed about it.  The best part is that I can make alot of things here for the place since I do have the attachment pasta plate for the KitchenAid mixer.  Also while I think of it all I am getting cheaper by the day around here to say the least.  It is wierd in how things work out when some things get said.  Last month was only the start on alot of the going cheaper around here.  Even though I was streaching alot out anyway now it has become worse on what I will be doing for the household.  All I can do is laugh at some folks who have cut me down in the past 5 years around here.  Only becuase they do not have a clue as to what goes on behind closed doors at all.  Also not only that some figure that I am broke while I am at it since I use coupons and shop the sales.  And since I refuse to get stakes for the household it is better on the budget also.
