Shaking my head

Well I got threw the day for the most part and kept busy of course.  At the end of it I was in so much pain along with missing the dog that I ended up in tears.  With the one insurance company here they have deemed me fit and need squat for the pain at all.  I guess that with myself still dropping things here along with the pain in my neck and shoulders here what the hell I may as well get a dang job out of the house to ruin my neck even more here.  Between the 20 non aspirin and the beer the pain is still there totally and there is nothing else that I can do.  It is a pain here with trying to get housework done also along with cooking since the constant pain and fear of dropping things with everything shattering also on me.  It is another reason in why I try to get things done in the mornings here totally for the household.  Another thing is that I have not been able to sleep nor eat also and I am suprized that I have not lost weight at all along with all of the walks that I end up taking along with the day.  With the walks it kind of helps with the pain but not all togeather here at this time.  So I have pretty much gave up on trying to feel better period here at this time and figured that I may as well deal with the pain and the miagrains also.
