Shaking my head

Ok I am shaking my head around here with some folks who swear that the off peak hours are still 8pm around with the power company.  The shoulder peak begins at 4 pm then the real off peak begins at 8 pm once again.  So some were here getting the laundry done at 8pm and did not leave untill about 1 am here this morning.  And yes I am going on very little sleep at this point in time and it is not good at all now for the household here.  So now to really start folding my own laundry here and go from there this morning untill I get the phone call here to go pick up my Husband also.  I am just running way to much here and it is not cool at all at this point in time.  At this point in time around here I am shaking my head around the household here and I am just wandering in when I will be caught up around here totally with the housework here and I probably will never be caught up.  So now at least I am thinking around here in what I can do and get done for the rest of the day here and I am hoping that it does not take forever to do also while I am at it for the day.  And it will be done on the cheap side of course here.  I have no choise in the matter at this point in time here at all.  Now to really crack down on myself here and get everything down to almost nothing at all just so I can say that things are looking up totally.  Also I owe the one account money at this point in time also around here thanks to some that have asked once again about barrowing money off of me last month.  What I do not get about some people is that they want to barrow the money and never pay it back.  Both my Husband and my self have told the couple that we are totally broke around the house here and they still do not get it at all.  What I should have done was let them look at my check book and say now I have to pay the bills around my house here and get to the grocery store also for the month.  Since my Husband and myself do not have the luxury of food stamps at the house here, and the couple that wants to barrow 20-50 dollars at a shot do have the food stamps at their place totally including lower rent with everything included and may pay 4 dollars extra a month on that part.  Since my Husband and I had 2 sets of bills going out at one time here and still have the bills going out but one set this time around here it makes it hard sometimes for the place.  So now I really wander in where their money goes to totally around their place and at the same time I do not want to know neither around here.  Another thing is that knowing that they have a car payment at their place and it is about the time when they should know better also.  At this point in time some need a good wake up call maybe at their place and I do not think that will help them out neither at all.  When I can sit here and budget out hard in my place and try to make the money streach out pluss pay the bills that we have here also then it makes me wander in what really is going on around some places also.
