Good things

Well I will that the KitchenAid mixer is one of the best things I bought around here for the trailer and the house here 5years ago this year.  With alot of the things that I am mixing up around the place now I do not have to worry about the hand mixer blowing up on me now thanks to the stand mixer.  I pretty much splurged on the stand mixer from KitchenAid almost 5 years ago here since I did not get the one Niece that I was suppose to get while we were over at the trailer and I had waited over 20 years by that point to get it into the trailer.  There are slicers, ice cream makers, pasta rollers, meat grinders, and several other things for the mixer that are the attatchments for it.  It was the best thing I bought over at the trailer and transfered over to the household besides the convection oven also at this point in time.  I did learn from one of my grandmas here on over 60 years of her KitchenAid mixer going for her house here.  The only thing that needed replaced in the 60 years was the brushes in the head of the mixer that the woman had.  I can laugh about it here since I knew this since the mixer was over 30 pluss years by the time I remembered it in her house.  So now that I have one here for my place at this time I have not burned up the hand mixer at all since I gave mine up as soon as I got the stand mixer here.  It has helped with alot of the things that I make in the household here now.  With the regular foods from scratch here to the puppy treats that I make all of the time for my house and other households here also.  The KitchenAid mixer has stood up to the test around here totally and I had to save up for it over the years in when I got it also.  When I think of it I do wish that some were still around here to have more plugs in the household here so I could have everything in the kitchen pluss the room for the appliances at this time here.
