The feeling

Well I have a feeling that the trip I am takeing is the last one to St. Louis this year.  As my Niece told me yesterday she had a feeling that I am not suppose to go anyplace at all and she could not shake it also.  I told her I will be fine going and coming from there.  I will have the radio and the phone with me so it is not a huge deal to me.  So now knowing kind of what is going on around here also I do not blame the girl for being freaked out at all around the place.  As I told her that we will be out of here within acouple of weeks anyway and I am a phone call away and if anything happends call the cops then call me after and keep me on the phone.  So now at this point I have been going cheaper around here for the new place and I will get everything down without a problem at all.  With the truck around here I know I can make a tank of gas last for at least 2 weeks since I do not do much driveing at all anyway unless it is up to the store, out to the res, or to the doctors office.  I got to laughing yesterday about the V8, 461 engine in the truck.  Ok so I went totally big and do not mind it at all.  As I told acouple of people yesterday I am a short woman behind the wheel of the truck.  So when I go to Illinois this time some will freak out on me only becuase, I did get the truck and do not care what others think.  Eather way some are not going to like what I have to say when I get down there and tough.  My one Aunt has told my Grandmother that I am the cheap one out of the bunch and not to worry about it all.  With the truck at this point in time it will be easier on me to drive down and haul stuff back also while I am at it all.  I will be cheaper than snot by the time I get back and then I will share the joy's of that for the place.  When I get to bad and it is non stop hollering around the new house then I know I am doing something right then.  As I told my Niece that I will be going that much cheaper around here her first answer was oh no please don't the next thing was how can you go any cheaper around the place and I don't know how you can at all.  I started laughing and said yes I can and wait till I get back since I am going down to the King and Queen of cheapness when I get there.  And I am sure that I will pick up some bad habbits from some folks while I am down there this time around.  Also I can get my legs back under myself when I get out of the truck this go around and not freak out my Grandmother at all.  As a dear friend of mine told me on Monday oh good you brought your sea legs with you after I stood up.  That was after 2 hours in the Jeep.  I should be ok if I am driveing down by myself.  Also I will be packing a cooler to take along with me this time.  Then this way I can grab a sandwich and water/soda while I am in the truck also.  For coffee I will wait untill I fuel the truck up and go from there.  Eather way I will be doing all of this on the cheap side for the travel part.  There are always cheap/furgal ways of doing things.  Some have to look harder than others and think about it all.  Like takeing the cooler on a long haul works wanders.  WIth children on the ride pack snacks like veggies, some junk food, sandwich fixings, and drinks the kids keep calmer on the ride and won't yell are we there yet and I'm hungery in the voice that just nails ya along the way.  Since I am traveling by myself once again I will be able to stop when I want to or when the gas tank says so.  So now to get some things done for the day around here and go from there.
