Mini storm

Well at least it's not ice this time around for the Western NY area.  Now I am happy that I did get the truck with the 4x4.  With time running short around here as normal and I have 3 more days to try to get as much packed around the place plus my bags to head to Illinois on Sunday morning here.  Either way this is just plain out nuts around the can.  There are more boxes around here and they grow by the day.  Now to just get alot of stuff done today around the place and be done with it all for the most part.  I have not drug out anything from the bedroom at all and alot of that is packed still thank goodness.  This is why I like the totes so much it is a time saver and space saver while I was at it all around here.  At least I know that I can do all of this without a problem at all here.  And since my Niece will be here it will not be so bad also while I am gone here.  I am going to worry either way around here to say the least and hope for the best while I am gone for the week.  I know that the girl will be cheap either way while I am gone here and the voice of reason will kick in with the girl.  That is the weird part around here.  With alot of things around here I was hoping to be out of here and moved in to the house by now.  Never fails that we get dropped on the curb with that part of things.  So I may as well pack up as much as I can around here and be done with it all.  I got a good laugh yesterday around here though between all of us in the household.  As I keep reminding myself everyday is a new day and try to forget the bad from the day before.  So now that the mess has been mopped up around here and I told my Husband yesterday that guess what Daddy it is a girl.  My Niece started laughing and said at least I know where I am loved here.  So it is all good for the place that I know where one of the kids are and safe.  So either way around here I am teaching one Niece in what to do and how to do things when you are broke also.  She will understand here in January in what is going on around here also.  With that being said around here I will be going that much cheaper around the place here shortly and some will understand about it and some will fight me either way.  It is part of life around here and I explained some of it to my Niece already and why I holding her to a higher standard from my place.  So now that she pretty much knows in the whys I do this around here.  When I put some things down here in the blog it is not everything that I do for the place at all.  Some of it is to save money the other part is stretching out alot more than what some realize that I do for the household.  With only one income coming into the place sometimes it is hard to really stretch the budget out around here.  This is what I am trying to teach my Niece about what happens if this comes up and you are going off of about 600 dollars a month.  Pluss I want her to realize that when you have to ask for help from the system it will be there until then go find a job that you can walk to for the most part.  So until you can find a job then you will be taught here in how to run a household for very little.  If it means collecting the cans and other things to support the household then you got to do what you have to do for the place.  It also helps out when someone that has a good grasp on the ropes of going cheaper/frugal to show in what they all know and say so this is why I do the things that I do to help out around the place.  This is why I have rice, flour, baking powder, yest, onions, garlic, pasta, and beans for the household.  When things get tight around here that is the basic things that I go to to feed the household.  Now that I am leaving for a week I know that I am leaving the rice cooker here and there is a meal on its own and I still have the Ramon noodles here in the place.  So either way there is alot of things that can be done on the cheap and food in the household also.  I have told my Niece that she can cook in the rice cooker also.  Alot of it depends on the times and one person meals around here also.  One of the girls friends thought and asked if she could hold a party while all of us are gone around here for the week.  Her answer was Hell NO I can't.  For one thing alot of folks have my cell phone number and will call me either way if something happens.  The other part is the fear factor of if I get caught she will beat me and a few other things around here.  So that has been scratched off the list for the party at my place.  Also she has realized if the place gets busted wide open then the happy home has the chance to loose alot more than the party itself around here.  The girl was thinking of jail time for myself and my Husband also.  So there is alot of things my Niece has to think about before doing now weather we get charged or someone else gets charged here.  Since I do not have the custody papers her grandmother gets charged and I loose my can.  So she thinks before she does around here.
