As I sit here

I am sitting around here for the moment and I do not mind it at all at this point in time.  Even though I have to get the dishes done and a few other things around here.  Some of the shopping is done as of today while I went to drop some of the mail off at the box.  Pluss my Niece does not know about salt pork and she will learn about it as of today around here.  I will be cooking some with gravy and haveing leftovers here in the can it should not be to bad at all for dinner ideas.  Also the poor girl has not seen me grind up meat at all around the place so she will start freaking out here to say the least once I start doing that again.  I am takeing the cheap rout for alot of the things around here to say the least and likeing it around here and it is killing some folks to see me do all of what I need to do for the place.  All I can do is take one thing at a time and doing what I can for the place to be cheap/frugal.  That is the total funny part about some people here in the neighborhood also is that they do not get in how I can be totally cheap in the place and get by with it around here.  My Husband does not argue with me in what I do during the week at all and my Niece is learning about it still around the can.  When we start to move here the poor girl will learn what it will be as in the cheap folks on the block and another crash course for the girl while I am at it.  Also while I am at it all around here I got out to the meat market to get some things that looked pretty good and the pickle relish that I can eat also.  As I told the guy this is the only place that I have found afew things that they carry and can eat also.  And the only place is Federal Meat market.  There are some things that I will get at differant places and get it.  It is wierd that there are so many things out there that are cheap to get and to cook and clean while things are while you are broker than snot.  Walking is another thing that I have been trying to do and not very well at the moment.  There are ways to be cheap around my place and get by with it all.  With some states going like they are at this point like NY State I try to do things on the very cheap side of life.  Pluss to streach out the dollars as much as you can around this state and the whys.  The worst is here in NY State is that it seems you streach out the dollars to the max around here and it still does not go very far at all.  Now with some of us around here that are left in the NY State area we all do what we can to clean and put food on the table at all times.  Some of the welfare folks do not need the food stamps after all these years at all since they all havent bothered to go out and get a job.  What gets to me with alot of folks here is that they work part time and that is it and they go and collect the welfare.  When some of us needed it we can not get it at all and it does not matter if we have 20 dollars by the end of the month for food and other things for the household.  So that is another reason of why I went to the cheap cooking for the place.  Just to watch some folks freak out in what I get and how I cook it all from the grocery stores and other places that are around here and make it last for acouple of weeks here in the can.  In some ways yes I want to be back in the 1800's and in other ways I want power also around here.  Or it maybe that I have been dreaming of a wood burning cook stove also for the place.  Eather way it is a source of heat when the power goes out anyway around the place.  I can also cook on it in the winter time.
