Trying really hard

Ok while I know my Niece has some really nasty habits from Nancy Hammond still.  I have been slowly trying to break what the so called woman did to the girl.  Now I have always kept a couple of pairing knives at the bottom of the silverware drawer and put the ice cream scooper on top of them.  Well I found one of my wire whisks in the silver drawer.  Well after straighting that out around here I looked at my Niece and said we are going to Walmart to get seeds for the boys and a few other things.  So after everything I am at the can and like it now so I can point and laugh at the neighbors.  All I could do with some was shake my head and had to stop myself around here from total laughter knowing within days in what is going to happen.  Yes I am staying out of it totally around here that is why I am laughing around here.  After 17 years of being here I have to move and get that much cheaper around here.  This is why I have been cutting back and teaching my Niece while I am at it all.  The poor kid is in awe of what I can do around here.  With me still hurting I still show her in how I do things around here.  So now I have done some things around here that some do not realize that I have done yet.  After I threw out Nancy Hammond last week around here she doesn't even know that I am retraining the poor kid around here.  I told my Niece to forget what Nancy taught her to do, and this is the easiest way of doing for my household.  So it has been a somewhat challenge around here.  Either way I have put a stop to alot of things around here.  That is the funny part of the whole thing is that I can do some things at this point that Nancy Hammond only dreams of doing.  I do not holler about it something I just show my Niece in how I do it.  Well I told her as long as it is cheap from point A to point B as long as the end result is what I want then do it easy to how you feel.  The girl has listened to me more about that and found the easy way for her to do things around here.  That is all I ask for the most part besides of being cheap.  I looked at her over the past weekend and asked what in the hay she was doing.  She put the right amount of soap in and had foam.  It does not take much of the one dish soap that I use for the household.  We all laugh about it around here because we all split up the dishes during the week around here without a problem.  It works for the both of us when I don't feel good my girl does the dishes and when I am able to do I do.  I think that's what Nancy Hammond figured that I would treat the girl like she would have and I refused to.  So now that I have taught the girl more in the past month around here than what her grandmother has in over 13 years that she had her.  What does this tell you besides the poor girl was a punching bag for the Hammond's also.  So now that my Niece knows that I will not hit her around here at all and I said hit for hit when the 4 were young.  The girl will tell ya that I have hands of steel around here becuase I would catch them on the run.  So now she does not even try here.  I have been one of the rough girls and the kids know this.
