Got lucky

Well went and did some running again today and got very lucky around here. Alot of things I did pick up on sale for Kmart of course and coupons while I was at it. While I was out of the can I may as well went to the bank also and got all that done. I still haven't got stuff done here in the can and that is ok by me at this point in time. Also at this time I am makeing my Hubby take the van also this week then this way I can say no if some folks need a ride anywhere. That is the good part around here. Anyway at this point I am thinking of dinner and what to make. And I almost forgot the burgers that have been sitting back in the freezer around here. For alot of stuff around here I do keep back in the deep freezer just becuase it is much easier on me and I do not have to run to the store all of the time. Now with the Hubbs takeing the van here on me I will stay out of most of the stores. Pluss I can walk to most places around here and start doing things that way. The earlier I go the better on me. Or wait on the van to get back to do the once a month shopping around here. There are alot of tricks that I have around here. Even my poor Hubby is amazed in what I have done since he has been home this weekend. Well that is what I get for thinking of ways to be cheap around here. One thing I have been doing is shutting off the coffee pot and unplugging it thru the week around here. Also what gets to folks is I have some things that I do around here out of habbit. Like cutting the dryer sheets in half and hanging out laundery also. Normally during the week I turn off everything in the place and turn it off at the power strips also. A friend of mine her mother was laughing becuase she knew in how cheap I could really go if I was let loose around here. With myself being here alone I do alot of things that my Hubby yells at me for. Like when he leaves stuff on and I turn them off on him come Monday morning. Friday's are tricky on when he comes in anyway becuase I still have the modem unplugged untill at least 3 pm. Some have laughed in what I can pull off in saveing around here.
