Waiting as normal

I forgot one bill totally around here and I have to pay it today while I am thinking of it. Drop boxes are nice when a company is closed on Sundays. Today is going to be a long day anyway around here I diden't get to the rest of the laundery like I wanted to yesterday. With that being said and alot of folks coming over also while I was at it all I need to get some stuff done around here. Then some wandered why that I have fell behind yesterday. Gee the trip to Collins did not help out at all in my book except I did get one thing done while I was out that way. The place is still stocked up around here and it is one less thing that I have to worry about in the coming week while I do not have the van. It doesen't bother me that I have to walk also once I think about it around here. This is why I do not mind my Hubby takeing the van at all. Also another thing is, is that I do not have to drive out to the air port also this week at all. Better yet in my book. I will stick close to the can unless I am walking to one of the dollar stores and go from there just to get out of the place for abit. Well at least I have ploted that one out before hand and diden't realize what I was doing in advance also. I know some have been complaining about the gas prices also around here. Well it is the tourist season starting up around here once again when the gas prices went above 3 dollars a gallon. It is worse in the City also. What gets to me about some folks that I know is, they can not streach out the budget to the gills at all. When I can sit here and thing of all the things that I do streach out and I do not get help what so ever from nobody at all. One couple gets food stamps once a month at thier place and over 200 dollars also. To where here I am I do not get the extra money for food. So I do what I can to get groceries around here and alot of it is cooking from scratch and planning meals. When I can get 8 bags of flour and a few other things and have full meals off of that for the month I know some do not plan around thier place. The couple that I am saying about have 3 meals a day also. When I had my Sister in Law here with a child I made alot of things at night. Like pancakes and threw part of them in the freezer and part in the fridge, and lunch was leftovers from the night before, then I was home for to make dinner. Now I have got to the point of I can do more on the cheap of makeing meals around here. I am always asked in how I do things around here. I tell in how I do it and some do what they want to do anyway. With the flour, eggs, onions, bakeing powder, milk, and some yeast I can come up with about 5-10 meals right there for the week. There is so much you can do with what I have said. Between pancakes, muffins, biscuts, bread, and a few other things. With some I can laugh at when some ask me what sounds good for dinner that night. When some folks see the bag of flour out on the counter they get scared about it.
