The glimmer of hope

Well I have a glimmer of hope for the laundry around here along with other things while I am at it today.  I have got thru alot of the laundry for the household and some of the housework that I have been trying to get done for the past month or so here in the household.  I know at this point in time that I have made some folks mad at me nomatter in what I have done and will do for the household to get it cheaper.  I understand in why some are mad at me and I just do not care at this point in time knowing that I am doing what I can to save money and pay off my bills either way I turn.  Now at this time I have said more often that I have been streaching alot of things out here in the household by useing less in what is called for and streached some more in the past week here.  And alot of the folks that I ran into last night while my Husabnd and I went out have noticed that I have lost alot of weight while I have been at it all in the past month or so.  With that being said alot of folks have realized that I have been doing alot of things cheaper than normal also and do not mind in what I have been doing because they are doing the same thing as I am now for years.  All I can do is laugh with some things that have went on and it will get alot worse before it gets better now for the household here from now on.  I have came to realize it does not matter in who gets mad at me in what I am doing and afew other things that I am getting ready to do for the place.  I do use rags instead of paper towles to clean with for the place, no paper plates are coming into the household also while I am at it, streaching all of the cleaners out, and the food budget while I am at it all.  With the food budget I have been shopping more over at Aldi than anyplace else for food.  Also I have been shopping at Kmart also for alot of what is needed for cleaners, some paper products, alot of the pet food, and many other things.  This is what some folks do not understand in what I am trying to do for the household at all at this point in time and get mad at me because I am shopping smarter, cooking from scratch, and streaching out in what I do have in the household.  I refuse to let some things into the household period and have for years since I think they are a waste of money and time for me myself.  Also with acouple of bags worth of flour, yeast, butter, bakeing powder, onions, potatoes, garlic, rice, pasta, eggs, block cheese, and powdered milk I can do alot of things that some refuse to do for their household along with other things also.  We also eat alot of chicken in the place while I am at it all.  There are things that the both of us have alergies to food.  So I watch in what I get for the household and go from there and figured it was cheaper on me anyway.  There is a huge differance in what I do than what some folks do for the food in the household.  Now the couple that always want to barrow off of myself and my Husband here brings in the food stamps once a month at their place they do not really have to worry that much about food if they really sit down and think about it all.  All it is in their household is picky eaters and that is the end of it.  They get over 200 dollars a month free basicly and not have to worry alot of in how they spend the food stamps.  This is what is makeing me mad about it is that they buy chips, cookies, and other things for the household and here I am making choices on regular beef or chicken as a main dish.  Knowing that alot of folks that use and abuse the food stamps totally it makes me wander in what some really get here in NY State because they get the WIC program also.  With that being said I have read someplace that some folks get enough off of food stamps for the better fish and meats it pretty much makes me wander why some of us bother to work in the first place for years on end.  This is part of the reason in why some states are as broke as they are in todays worls because some folks refuse to work and the ones who are struggleing by working we make to much for a hand up instead of a hand out.  Also with that said I can say that I have been really good after I got the big ole ax after knowing that I was still under the budget and making it without the system at all.  I have a budget for one the other is it ranges month to month for my household between 20 dollars to 250 dollars for everything.  It depends on how low everything is running and what I need for the household for the month here.  Now please tell me in how some of us are suppose to make it while others that are on the system have it better in most cases.
